Baseball Recap: English Valleys Sets Scoring Season-High Against Belle Plaine

English Valleys was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 31st straight defeat dating back to last season. They came up short against the Belle Plaine Plainsmen, falling 22-3. On the bright side, the three- run effort marked the Bears' highest-scoring match to date.

English Valleys' loss dropped their record down to 0-13. As for Belle Plaine, their win bumped their record up to 6-7.

Coincidentally, English Valleys and Belle Plaine will both be playing B-G-M the next time they take the field. The Plainsmen will head out to face the Bears on Tuesday, while the Bears will host them at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
