Oxford has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 7-8 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 6.8 runs over those games. Hokes Bluff has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last seven contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 13-11 record this season.

Oxford has already played their next game, an 8-7 loss against Saraland on the 28th. As for Hokes Bluff, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, an 11-0 defeat against Mortimer Jordan on the 29th.
