Winning always takes teamwork, but on Monday Adrian Martinez stepped things up a notch to give Floydada the 'W'. New Deal had no answer to Martinez as he pitched seven innings while giving up three earned (and one unearned) runs off seven hits. The dominant performance also gave Martinez a new career-high in strikeouts (four).
