Westmont came tearing into Tuesday's match with 12 straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against the Our Lady of Tepeyac Tigers by a score of 2-0. The Sentinels have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Tigers, too.

Westmont easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-4, 25-16.

Kotryna Vanagas paced Westmont's offense, picking up 11 kills. Vanagas got some help from Ryley Johnson and her 13 assists. Alice O'Connor controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

Westmont's win bumped their record up to 21-5. As for Our Lady of Tepeyac, their loss dropped their record down to 4-7.
