Winfield waltzed into their contest on Saturday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They came out on top against the Lincoln County Panthers by a score of 2-0. That's the fourth time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent victory being a 2-0 win on Saturday.

Natalie Cook had a dynamite game, getting seven aces and five digs.

Cook wasn't the only good servers: Winfield was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 12 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least five aces in four consecutive matches.

Winfield's victory bumped their record up to 32-11-2. As for Lincoln County, their loss dropped their record down to 7-28-1.

Winfield didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-1 defeat against Herbert Hoover on the 25th. As for Lincoln County, they will challenge Spring Valley at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
