Soccer Recap: Moore Comes Up Short

Moore and Fairdale pushed the score to 5-5 the last time they played Fairdale, but on Wednesday defenses reigned supreme. The Mustangs fell just short of the Bulldogs by a score of 1-0. The match was a 0-0 toss-up at halftime, but Moore couldn't quite close it out.

Moore's loss dropped their record down to 6-4-1. As for Fairdale, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 9-4-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Moore will host Brown at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Fairdale, they will challenge Bullitt Central at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
