Basketball Recap: Taylorsville Skates Past Mount Olive with Ease

Taylorsville had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 30 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Thursday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Mount Olive Pirates 51-7. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Tartars also won the last time the pair played back in February of 2024.

Among those leading the charge was Aliana Johnson, who posted 17 points. Antiana Newell was another key player, putting up ten points.
