Baseball Recap: Conneaut Spartans vs. Geneva Eagles

Conneaut was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 15-4 to the Geneva Eagles. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Conneaut of the 7-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture last Monday.

J.R. Hutchison made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and scored two runs while going 2-for-3.

On Geneva's side, Shea Arkenburg made a splash while hitting and pitching. As for Geneva, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Beachwood at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Geneva will be looking to keep their five-game home win streak alive.
