Woodward Academy put another one in the bag on Saturday to keep their perfect season alive. They came out on top against the Fayette County Tigers by a score of 2-0. That's more bragging rights for the War Eagles, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Woodward Academy found their leader in freshman Lotus Jiroch, who had 11 digs and three aces. Those three aces set a new season-high mark for Jiroch.

Woodward Academy's victory bumped their record up to 10-0. As for Fayette County, their loss dropped their record down to 10-7.
