Basketball Recap: Arleta Takes a Loss

Arleta was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were dealt an 81-13 defeat at the hands of the Bishop Montgomery Knights.

Arleta's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Bishop Montgomery, the win (which was their fifth in a row dating back to last season) raised their record to 3-0.

Looking ahead, Arleta won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Crenshaw at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Bishop Montgomery, they and St. Francis will face off at 8:30 p.m. on Friday without much rest, having both just played.
