After only one run in their last match, Silver Valley made sure to put some runs up on the board against Lucerne Valley on Thursday. The Trojans put the hurt on the Mustangs with a sharp 15-5 victory. The Trojans' hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

Silver Valley got a massive performance out of Destiny Ortiz, who went 2-for-3 with four stolen bases, three RBI, and two runs. Those four stolen bases gave Ortiz a new career-high. Danika Gonzalez was another key player, going a perfect 4-for-4 with four stolen bases and three runs.
