Basketball Game Preview: Bob Jones Patriots vs. Hazel Green Trojans

The Bob Jones Patriots will take on the Hazel Green Trojans at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Bob Jones has given up an average of 65.2 points per game this season, but Tuesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Bob Jones is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They fell 76-63 to Mae Jemison on Friday. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game on Wednesday (56), the Patriots still had to take the loss.

Meanwhile, it may have taken overtime to finish the job, but Hazel Green ultimately got the result they hoped for on Friday. They came out on top against Sparkman by a score of 51-42. Surprisingly, this marked the Trojans' fourth straight game in which the away team has come away the victor.

This is the second loss in a row for Bob Jones and nudges their season record down to 1-3. Those losses can't be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 59.5 points over those games. As for Hazel Green, their win bumped their record up to 2-0.
