Soccer Recap: Archbishop Ryan Comes Up Short

Archbishop Ryan managed to keep up with Roman Catholic until halftime on Friday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Raiders and Ragdolls lost 3-0 to the Cahillite. While losing is never fun, Archbishop Ryan can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania soccer rankings (they are ranked 217th, while Roman Catholic are ranked 32nd).

Archbishop Ryan now has a losing record of 4-5-1. As for Roman Catholic, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 8-1.

Looking ahead, Archbishop Ryan will head out on the road to face off against Central Bucks East at 3:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Roman Catholic, they will look to defend their home pitch on Tuesday against Cardinal O'Hara at 7:00 p.m.
