Preview: Hackensack vs. Kennedy

Hackensack will challenge Kennedy on the road at 1:00 PM on Saturday. Hackensack are expected to win -- but not by much -- so they will need to come into the contest prepared for a fight.

After a disappointing seven points in their last match, Hackensack made sure to put some points up on the board against Bergen Tech last Friday. Hackensack steamrollered Bergen Tech 47-0. Junior Tymere Robinson was the offensive standout of the match for Hackensack, as he rushed for 136 yards and 3 touchdowns. In fact, with ten tackles Robinson was a force on both sides of the ball.

Meanwhile, Kennedy might be getting used to good results now that the team have three wins in a row. They were able to grind out a solid win over Passaic County Tech, winning 27-19. 27 seems to be a good number for Kennedy as the team scooped up a win with the same point total in their game two weeks ago against Snyder.

Their wins bumped Kennedy to 4-1 and Hackensack to 3-3. While both teams are coming in off of wins, only one will triumph this week. Who will it be ? Check back in with MaxPreps after the game is over for details.
