Basketball Recap: Dallastown Takes a Loss

It was a proper cat-fight when Dallastown faced off against Red Lion on Tuesday. The Dallastown Wildcats lost to the Red Lion Lions at home by a 58-41 margin. The Wildcats were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Lions apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in January.

Dallastown now has a losing record at 1-2. As for Red Lion, the win keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Dallastown is headed away from home for the first time to square off against South Western at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Red Lion, they will face off against Elizabethtown at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Red Lion knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past four matches -- so hopefully Elizabethtown likes a good challenge.
