Volleyball Recap: Pleasanton Comes Up Short

Pleasanton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Little River Redskins.

The match finished with set scores of 25-7, 25-10.

Leading Little River to victory were Evie Look and Adelynne Strecker. Look had 16 assists, while Strecker had nine digs. Look has been hot recently, having posted 14 or more assists the last three times she's played.

Pleasanton's loss dropped their record down to 13-20. As for Little River, their win was their 12th straight at home, which pushed their record up to 35-2.

Pleasanton does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Little River, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Central on the 21st.
