Baseball Recap: Champaign Central Starts off Right with Win over Gibson City-Melvin-Sibley

Champaign Central gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Monday. Everything went their way against the Gibson City-Melvin-Sibley Falcons as the Champaign Central Maroons made off with a 14-4 win.

Coming up, Champaign Central is taking a road trip to square off against O'Fallon at 3:45 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Gibson City-Melvin-Sibley, they will welcome Warrensburg-Latham at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
