Basketball Game Preview: Sealy Tigers vs. Lorena Leopards

The Sealy Tigers will face off against the Lorena Leopards at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Sealy knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past four games -- so hopefully Lorena likes a good challenge.

Sealy is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Tuesday. They blew past Giddings 73-41. The Tigers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won ten matches by 24 points or more this season.

Sealy had a senior duo take command as Kallan Hendry posted 24 points and Noah Washington had 21 points. Hendry's evening made it four games in a row in which he has scored at least 17 points. AJ Cepon was another key player, putting up ten points.

Meanwhile, even if it wasn't a dominant performance, Lorena beat Burnet 54-48 on Tuesday.

Sealy has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 16-8 record this season. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 45.3 points. As for Lorena, they now have a winning record of 18-17.
