Volleyball Recap: Paris Comes Up Short

Paris was the 2-0 winner over Anna when they last played one another back in August of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Wildcats took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Coyotes on Saturday.

Cerenity Liggins paced Paris' offense, picking up six kills. Liggins got some help from Riley Nelms Nelms and her 15 assists. Audrey Del Toro controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Paris has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost eight of their last ten matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-9 record this season. As for Anna, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 10-5.

Paris didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Commerce on the 23rd. As for Anna, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against Tom Bean on the 23rd.
