Basketball Recap: T.R. Miller Picks Up 13th Straight Win at Home

T.R. Miller won the last time they faced Hillcrest and things went their way on Tuesday too. The T.R. Miller Tigers claimed a resounding 62-20 win over the Hillcrest Jaguars. The Tigers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight matches by 22 points or more this season.

It was another big night for Meg Fountain, who posted 20 points. Destinee Curry was another key player, putting up eight points.

Despite the loss, Hillcrest saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Sky?La Mixon put up nine points.

The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 17.5 points per game.
