Softball Recap: Bloomfield Cardinals vs. Chalker Wildcats
Bloomfield was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They suffered a tough 21-6 defeat at the hands of the Chalker Wildcats. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Bloomfield of the 14-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2023.
For Chalker's part, they got a massive performance out of Morgan Strock, who scored four runs and stole a base while going 4-for-4. The team also got some help courtesy of Gabby Hromada, who went 3-for-3 with a home run, three runs, and four RBI.
