Ozark got themselves on the board against Carl Junction on Monday, but Carl Junction never followed suit. They put the hurt on the Bulldogs with a sharp 6-0 victory. The result was nothing new for the Tigers, who have now won five games by six runs or more so far this season.

Drew Hayward made a big impact while hitting and pitching. He didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits over four innings pitched. Hayward was also big at the plate, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 2-for-3.

In other batting news, Hudson Roberts was excellent, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 1-for-3.

Ozark's record is now 12-3. As for Carl Junction, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-3.

Looking ahead, Ozark will head out on the road to face off against Joplin at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Carl Junction, they will challenge West Plains at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
