Softball Recap: Father Lopez Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Father Lopez can now relate to. They lost 16-1 to the Crescent City Raiders on Monday. Having soared to a lofty 18 runs in the game before, the Green Wave couldn't push the score so high this time.

Father Lopez's loss dropped their record down to 2-9. As for Crescent City, their record is now 10-14.

Father Lopez does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Crescent City, they will take on Trinity Catholic at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Celtics' pitching crew has only allowed four runs per game this season, so the Raiders' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
