There's no place like home for Mountain View, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They breezed past the Desert Ridge Jaguars to the tune of 70-0 on Thursday. The Toros' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Coy Bodily had an outrageously good game as he rushed for 59 yards and two touchdowns. Steve Metto was in the mix too, providing Mountain View with two TDs.

Mountain View didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. It was truly a group effort as Myron Christensen, Tristan Willis, and Cannon Raban picked up one apiece. Mountain View received some extra help from Preston Patterson, whose fumble return for a touchdown made for one of the most unforgettable moments.

Mountain View now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Desert Ridge, they are on an 11-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-10.

Looking ahead, Mountain View will challenge Highland at 7:00 p.m. on the 7th. Desert Ridge does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
