Recap: Big Springs Charter BSCS Hawks vs. Coastal Christian HomeSchool Badgers
This season hasn't been kind to The Big Springs Charter BSCS Hawks, who are still winless after their tenth contest. They were beaten by Coastal Christian HomeSchool 54-6 on Friday. Big Springs Charter lost against Coastal Christian HomeSchool in their previous head to head back in August, too, but the margin this time around was much wider than the 68-12 score last time.
Tali Burgess was his usual excellent self, rushing for 224 yards and five touchdowns on only seven carries. Burgess was no stranger to the big play, taking off on a dash that went for 60 yards. Denali Bergemann got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.
Big Springs Charter's defeat was their ninth straight on the road (dating back to last season), which dropped their overall record down to 0-10. As for Coastal Christian HomeSchool, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 7-3.
Big Springs Charter does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Coastal Christian HomeSchool also has no future games currently scheduled.
