Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Dutchtown). They put the hurt on the East Ascension Spartans with a sharp 5-1 win on Friday. The score was all tied up 0-0 at the break, but the Griffins were the better team in the second half.

Dutchtown pushed their record up to 5-8-5 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 14 goals over those four matchups. As for East Ascension, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 9-8-5 record this season.

Dutchtown has already played their next game (against Newman), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. East Ascension does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
