Brooke Riofrio made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She didn't allow a single earned run and only one hit while striking out seven over four innings pitched. That's the most strikeouts she has posted since back in September of 2023. She was also solid in the batter's box, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 1-for-4.
In other batting news, Northridge let Bailey McGeen and Naomi Propes loose on the outfield.
