Basketball Recap: Sedgwick Comes Up Short

Sedgwick was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss. They lost 57-35 to Ell-Saline. While losing is never fun, Sedgwick can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Kansas basketball rankings (they are ranked 294th, while Ell-Saline is ranked 50th).

Sedgwick's defeat dropped their record down to 4-17. As for Ell-Saline, their victory bumped their record up to 17-3.

As of now, neither Sedgwick nor Ell-Saline have any future games scheduled.
