Cypress Woods waltzed into their contest on Saturday with six straight wins... but they left with seven. They came out on top against the George Ranch Longhorns by a score of 2-0.

Cypress Woods' victory bumped their record up to 20-5. As for George Ranch, with the loss, they broke their six-game winning streak and moved their record to 15-10.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Cypress Woods will head out to challenge Cy-Fair at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. After both having extra time off, George Ranch and Bridgeland will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
