Baseball Recap: Kenosha Christian Life Comes Up Short

Kenosha Christian Life lost against St. John's Northwestern Military Academy back in May of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Eagles took a 6-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Lancers.

Monchie Gunter was cooking despite his team's loss, going 2-for-3 with one run, one double, and one RBI. Another player making a difference was Daxton Lepinski, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base and one run.

Kenosha Christian Life now has a losing record of 9-10-1. As for St. John's Northwestern Military Academy, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-9.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Kenosha Christian Life will welcome Catholic Central at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Eagles are facing the Hilltoppers at the right time seeing as the Hilltoppers are stuck on a five-game losing streak. As for St. John's Northwestern Military Academy, they will face off against St. Francis at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
