Basketball Recap: Spain Park Find Success

Spain Park posted their closest win since January 13, 2024 on Monday. They had just enough and edged the Vestavia Hills Rebels out 47-44. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 63-62 back in November of 2024.

Spain Park's victory bumped their record up to 7-13. As for Vestavia Hills, they moved to 12-4 with that defeat, which also ended their four-game winning streak.

A feisty cat fight will be fought when the Spain Park Jaguars challenge the Pelham Panthers at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Spain Park is facing Pelham at the right time seeing as Pelham is stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Vestavia Hills, they will challenge Guntersville at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
