Bear Creek put another one in the bag on Thursday to keep their perfect season alive. They walked away with a 6-1 win over the Edison Vikings. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Bruins also won the last time the pair played back in May of 2024.
Natalie Trujillo spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered a run (which was unearned) on four hits and racked up 13 Ks. Those 13 strikeouts set a new season-high mark for her.
