Basketball Recap: Abbotsford Takes a Loss

Abbotsford was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were three points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 66-63 heartbreaker at the hands of the Assumption Royals. The Falcons were not able to make up for their loss to the Royals from their previous meeting back in February of 2024.

Abbotsford's defeat dropped their record down to 7-13. As for Assumption, their victory bumped their record up to 7-14.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Abbotsford will face off against Phillips at 7:15 p.m. on February 21st. As for Assumption, they will look to defend their home court on February 21st against Marathon at 7:15 p.m.
