Basketball Recap: Intrinsic Comes Up Short

Intrinsic lost against Schurz back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Intrinsic Mustangs were dealt a 58-22 defeat at the hands of the Schurz Bulldogs. The Mustangs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Intrinsic lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Angel Munoz, who posted seven points.

Intrinsic's loss dropped their record down to 9-11. As for Schurz, their victory was their seventh straight at home, which pushed their record up to 13-10.

Intrinsic has already played their next matchup, a 47-38 win against EPIC Academy on the 7th. As for Schurz, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 42-41 defeat against Lake View on the 6th.
