Bluffton is 8-2 against Beaufort since February of 2020 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Bobcats will face off against the Eagles at 6:00 p.m.

On Friday, Bluffton came up short against Bishop England and fell 53-41. The Bobcats have struggled against the Battling Bishops recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

Meanwhile, Beaufort came tearing into Friday's matchup with five straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 34.6 points), and they left with even more momentum. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Sharks 62-32. The final result isn't all that surprising considering the Eagles' considerable advantage in MaxPreps' South Carolina basketball rankings (they are ranked 49th, while the Sharks are ranked 156th).

Bluffton's defeat dropped their record down to 6-11. As for Beaufort, their win bumped their record up to 12-4.

Things could have been worse for Bluffton, but things could have been a whole lot better as they took a 48-30 loss to Beaufort in their previous meeting back in January of 2025. Can the Bobcats avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
