Volleyball Recap: Proviso West Takes a Loss

Proviso West lost against Leyden back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Panthers fell 2-0 to the Eagles.

The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-14.

Proviso West has been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-9 record this season. As for Leyden, their win bumped their record up to 4-10.

After both having extra time off, Proviso West and Lyons will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Leyden, they are taking a road trip to challenge Fenton at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
