Peoples Baptist Academy scored the most points they've had this season on Friday, but it wasn't enough. They took a 66-60 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Holy Ground Baptist Academy Stallions. The Knights lost against the Stallions in their previous head to head back in October of 2023, too, but the margin this time around was much closer than the 32-0 score last time.

Peoples Baptist Academy is on a five-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4. As for Holy Ground Baptist Academy, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Peoples Baptist Academy will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Praise Academy at 7:30 p.m. on the 26th. As for Holy Ground Baptist Academy, they will head out to take on Trinity Christian School of Griffin at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
