Central Noble had already won nine in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 11 points) and they went ahead and made it ten on Friday. They came within a single point of losing the streak, but they secured a 50-49 W against the Fairfield Falcons. That's more bragging rights for the Cougars, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Central Noble pushed their record up to 13-9 with the victory, which was their seventh straight at home. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 55.3 points over those games. As for Fairfield, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 13-10.

Looking ahead, a feisty cat fight will be fought as the Cougars face off against the Panthers at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Fairfield does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
