Basketball Recap: Sharon Academy Takes a Loss

Sharon Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 13th straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 57-37 to the Arlington Memorial Eagles. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Phoenix of the 61-39 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in January of 2024.

Sharon Academy's loss dropped their record down to 0-10. As for Arlington Memorial, the victory got them back to even at 5-5.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Sharon Academy will square off against West Rutland at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Arlington Memorial, they will take on Mill River at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
