Basketball Recap: Washington Takes Loss Despite Strong Efforts from Alicia Mendez and Anyalisa Carino

Washington lost against Glendale back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Washington Rams fell 44-37 to the Glendale Cardinals.

Washington's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of AnyaLisa Carino, who posted 13 points, and Alicia Mendez, who had 14 points.

Washington has also traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five matches, which has put a noticeable dent in their 6-15 record this season. As for Glendale, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 11-6.
