Volleyball Recap: Steamboat Springs Falls Despite Big Games from Sammy Coleman and Macee Wettlaufer + How To Watch

It was a good run, but Steamboat Springs unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-match winning streak on Saturday. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Glenwood Springs Demons. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Demons this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 16-25, 25-15, 25-22.

Macee Wettlaufer and Sammy Coleman certainly did their best on Saturday to avoid the loss. Wettlaufer had 18 digs and two aces, while Coleman had eight digs. Wettlaufer has been hot for a while, having posted ten or more digs the last ten times she's played.

Steamboat Springs' defeat dropped their record down to 12-7. As for Glenwood Springs, their victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 14-2.
