Soccer Game Preview: Lago Vista vs. Cedar Park

The Lago Vista Vikings and the Cedar Park Timberwolves will compete for holiday cheer at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday.

Lago Vista is headed into their matchup with Cedar Park looking for a result a bit more satisfying than what they got in their season opener against Concordia on Friday. Neither Lago Vista nor Concordia could gain the upper hand so the two teams had to settle for a 1-1 draw.

With that draw, Lago Vista's record moves to 0-0-1.

As for Cedar Park, they've got a clean slate this season. Last year, they finished on the wrong side of .500 (6-16-3), but they'll be hoping to turn things around this year.
