Soccer Game Preview: Jackson vs. Reagan

The Jackson Generals will take on the Reagan Bison at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Reagan took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Jackson, who comes in off a win.

Jackson took a loss when they played away from home on January 9th, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed two weeks ago. They came out on top in a nail-biter against Southridge, sneaking past 2-1.

Meanwhile, Reagan was not able to break out of their rough patch two weeks ago as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against Coral Park, falling 4-1. Things were pretty much settled by the half as the Bison were already down 3-0.

Their goal came courtesy of Juan Palma, which was the first he's scored this season.

Jackson pushed their record up to 10-2-1 with the victory, which was their sixth straight at home. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 30 goals over those six matches. As for Reagan, their loss dropped their record down to 2-9-3.
