Softball Recap: Gridley Bulldogs vs. Corning Cardinals
Gridley waltzed into their game on Tuesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Corning Cardinals a 12-0 shutout. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 15-2 on Friday.
Charlee Sormano was incredible, going a perfect 3-for-3 with six RBI, two runs, and two doubles. Those two doubles gave her a new career-high. Alexis Alcantar was another key player, going 2-for-3 with two runs and one RBI.
