Nevis waltzed into their contest on Tuesday with five straight wins... but they left with six. They blew past the Mahnomen/Waubun Thunderbirds, posting an 83-46 win. Given the Tigers' advantage in MaxPreps' Minnesota basketball rankings (they are ranked 43rd, while the Thunderbirds are ranked 297th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
