Football Game Preview: Thunder Basin vs. Laramie

Laramie had trouble last Friday, and unfortunately for them, their opponent this week is a big step up in difficulty. They will challenge Thunder Basin on the road at 7:00 PM on Friday. Thunder Basin will be strutting in after a victory while Laramie will be stumbling in from a loss.

After soaring to 35 points the game before, Laramie faltered in their match last Friday. They were completely outmatched, falling 3-42 to Sheridan. The state rankings had actually given Laramie a slight edge heading into the game, making this hurt that much more.

Meanwhile, it was all tied up at the half for Thunder Basin and Kelly Walsh, but Thunder Basin stepped up in the second half. Thunder Basin captured a comfortable 33-17 win over Kelly Walsh. The success made it back-to-back wins for Thunder Basin.

Laramie suffered a grim 7-34 defeat to Thunder Basin the last time the two teams met. Can Laramie avenge their defeat, or is history doomed to repeat itself ? We'll soon find out.
