Baseball Recap: Red Jacket Takes a Loss

Red Jacket was the 10-2 winner over Bradford Central when they last played one another back in April, but their luck changed this time around. Red Jacket fell just short of Bradford Central by a score of 10-9 on Monday. Red Jacket has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Red Jacket's defeat dropped their record down to 4-8. As for Bradford Central, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Red Jacket will face off against East at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Eagles' pitching crew has only allowed 3.9 runs per game this season, so Red Jacket's hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Bradford Central, they will head out on the road to challenge Naples at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
