Rison and Dumas are an even 4-4 against one another since March of 2015, but likely not for long. The Wildcats will face off against the Bobcats at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Rison's pitching crew has only allowed 2.2 runs per game this season, so Dumas' hitters will have their work cut out for them.

Rison will head out to face Dumas after giving up their first home loss of the season on Tuesday. The Wildcats fell just short of DeWitt by a score of 3-1. Having soared to a lofty 16 runs in the game before, the Wildcats couldn't push the score so high this time.

Meanwhile, Dumas came up short against Drew Central on Tuesday, falling 28-4.

Dumas has also been struggling recently as they've lost 11 of their last 12 games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-15 record this season. As for Rison, their loss was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 7-1 and their overall record down to 14-4.

Rison took their win against Dumas in their previous meeting on April 1st by a conclusive 14-1 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Wildcats since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
