Wayne County hasn't had much luck against Warner Robins recently, but that could start to change on Monday. The Wayne County Yellow Jackets will look to defend their home court against the Warner Robins Demons at 7:30 p.m.

Wayne County is headed into Monday's matchup looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their third straight game on Friday. They were three points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 57-54 heartbreaker at the hands of Perry. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest defeat the Yellow Jackets have suffered since December 28, 2024.

Meanwhile, Warner Robins had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 28 points) and they went ahead and made it four on Saturday. They secured a 69-65 W over the Cadets.

Warner Robins pushed their record up to 14-6 with the win, which was their sixth straight at home. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 73.8 points per game. As for Wayne County, their loss dropped their record down to 5-15.

Wayne County was taken down by Warner Robins 65-35 when the teams last played back in January. That contest was all but decided by halftime, at which point Wayne County was down 32-11.
