Basketball Recap: Traverse City HomeSchool Takes a Loss

Traverse City HomeSchool was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 63-50 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Cadillac Heritage Christian Patriots. The Bulldogs were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Patriots apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in January of 2018.

Traverse City HomeSchool's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Cadillac Heritage Christian, their win was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 7-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Traverse City HomeSchool will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Boyne Falls at 7:00 p.m. on February 10th. Cadillac Heritage Christian has already played their next game (against Crossroads Charter Academy), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
